Tinja residence is a typical row house condition located in roncevalles. A new garage and a 100 sq. Ft addition includes a tea room, a gallery space, a main floor washroom and a 2nd floor terrace & green roof. 

The unique treatment of the landscape creates a green "half-pipe". The backyard seemlessly transitions to the garage roof creating one continuous green plane. 

The addition is clad in aluminum plate that gently reflects the surrounding greenspace and sky. Bifolding doors open the interior space to the exterior and the built in seating provides continuous shaded bench seating.
