Richmond St. Infill Proposal

TORONTO, CANADA

69 Richmond is a unique infill project located on the fringe of the financial district in Toronto Canada. The lot is adjacent to window facades and residential curtain wall facades on it side and back property lines, the proposal attempts to mitigate the adjacent property windows on its side property lines and residential glazing at its back by using a space-frame thereby limiting the use of columns, walls and partitions. This, combined with the virtually complete transparency of the scheme ensures the neighboring property views are not impeded.
